Traditional Mustard Oil Extracting Tool

This traditional tool was used by the Lepcha and Tamang communities of eastern India and Nepal. These were a mainstay in the days prior to electric powered mills being established.
Ranu and his family have had this particular example for decades; it is now a family heirloom.
