Minaxi is currently a student of class 12 at Father LeBlond School, Siliguri, West Bengal. She’s worked since the age of 16 as a dance instructor and has completed over 100 solo dance performances. An ‘Ankan Bivakar’ in painting, ‘Sangeet Ratna’ in Rabindra Nritya and ‘Prabhakar’ in Kathak and regional folk dance, Minaxi is also training in the Odissi dance form currently.
She’s shared the stage with the beautiful Dona Ganguly during the 2013 Konark Festival besides having attended workshops by Mamata Shankar. An avid dog afficionado, Minaxi has seven siblings of the canine variety. She enjoys reading and counts Divakumari, Devdutt Patnaik and Sudha Murthy among her favourite authors.
