Face Painting: An Unusual Canvas
Since childhood, I've been told by relatives that I had an eye for makeup. I received similar compliments for my art pieces too and together, these served as encouragement and helped me further my creative bent of mind.

Dibyashree Purkayastha

The artist and ‘canvas’ are both Dibyasree Purkayastha. She is a third year college student, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English. Dibyashree is entirely self taught and has yet to enroll for any formal class for fine art or make-up.  Thanks to the lockdown, it allowed her more time to indulge in the arts and hone her creative  skills.
